The Roswell Junction food hall concept is tapping into some of the best and brightest in the industry to ensure a best-in-class final product is delivered. Patrick Garza is leading the way on the food hall components as a consultant with specific expertise in Food Halls and has launched impressive concepts such as Legacy Hall in Plano TX. Colicchio Consulting is also on-board to lead the charge in locating and onboarding unique food and beverage options in over a dozen markets, including Knoxville, Omaha, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Miami, Selma NC and more.

Recently featured in the Wall Street Journal article about the growth of Food Halls across the country and the evolution of the concept from purely urban areas to some suburban locations, the Roswell Junction food hall is seeking intriguing, unique chef inspired dining options to be featured at the Roswell Junction, as well as unique craft beer and cocktail options and engaging musical entertainment talent.

Meet Will Colley – visionary and managing partner of the firm developing Roswell Junction

Will is a Roswell resident and former UGA starting left tackle in 1988 and 1989, as well as being an All-Academic SEC selection. Will is also the Principal of Red Door Revivals and has been a driving force in the redevelopment of Roswell with over $45,000,000 of projects that includes historic preservation projects, urban redevelopment of shops such as the one build for Wedding Angels, as well as creative spaces and the transformation of the old Clocktower Plaza to a very cool urban concept called Roswell Depot.

Will and the future Roswell Junction were recently featured in the Wall Street Journal. “The pandemic changed the way we live and work with people choosing to work/live closer to home. The Roswell Junction will tap into the trend by offering a unique dining/entertainment experience close to home as an option for lunch, dinner, drinks or to just hang out with family and friends” is how Will frames things.

Will and his college sweetheart Rae have lived in Roswell for the past 30 years, while raising a family with four kids. Will received a Bachelor of Business Administration from UGA and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State. He has also served on the Board of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business Alumni.

Roswell resident and former UGA football player Will Colley will build a Food Hall in Roswell

Just south of the historic square, Roswell Junction will be home to 8 local chef inspired dining options and multiple bars – including one that is an indoor/outdoor bar. A large patio will include live entertainment, great open space, and a dog park for the whole family to enjoy.

Roswell Junction backers plan to capitalize on Roswell’s popular social scene while tapping into the growing popularity of food hall concepts like Atlanta’s Ponce Market and Austin’s Fareground.
