Buena Papa is a fry bar concept that serves hand-cut potato fries loaded with a range of worldly inspired toppings and flavors. Flavors and toppings include fried pork belly, Columbian Chorizo, Carne Asada, and pulled pork. The founding couple has been featured on shark tank where they made a deal with Robert Herjavec.
